QuPath OMERO and SAM

In this demo, we make use of the QuPath OMERO extension to import data from OMERO and use the SAM extension to perform a simple annotation of the dataset.

ilastik with local data

In this demo, we make use of the ilastik software to segment on RGB images storred locally.

EMPaNADA

In this demo, we make use of the EMPaNADA software to segment mitochondria of a 3D EM dataset, stored on a S3 bucket (mounted as a biop-desktop hardrive).
